Guangxi Jianhui Paper Industry Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "Guangxi Jianhui") is an integrated wood pulp and paper project under the jurisdiction of Dongguan Jianhui Paper Industry Co., Ltd., which is listed as a key construction project under the overall planning of the autonomous region and a "Double Hundred and Double New" project.

Guangxi is one of the most resource-rich regions in China for forestry and a major production area for industrial fast-growing forests. It has the raw material advantage for the development of forest-pulp-paper integration. Relying on this natural endowment, the Guangxi Jianhui Paper Industry's forest-pulp-paper integration project began construction in October 2023. The project is planned to cover over 3,500 acres, with a planned pulp production capacity of 3.672 million tons, including 1.224 million tons of pulp production capacity and 2.448 million tons of paper production capacity. It can produce high-end products such as chemical pulp, bleached chemical pulp, high-quality kraft paper, boxboard, corrugated paper, food packaging paper, carry bag paper, and cultural paper. Two packaging paper production lines have been put into production in 2024, and a 306,000 tons per year pulp production line and a paper bag paper production line with world-class standards are currently under construction. Supporting facilities include a 290MW combined heat and power project, a national-level R&D center, a self-owned wharf, a wastewater treatment station, a solid waste treatment station, a raw material storage yard, an intelligent three-dimensional warehouse, and office and living facilities.

Guangxi Jianhui will create about 3,800 jobs upon its full completion, driving employment opportunities for more than 20,000 people in upstream and downstream industries. It is expected to generate an annual output value of nearly 20 billion yuan and pay over 1.5 billion yuan in taxes annually, bringing significant and sustainable economic and social benefits to the local area.

Guangxi Jianhui benchmarks the internationally advanced "wood pulp paper integration" development model, and jointly with the government, has built 1 million mu of artificial fast-growing bamboo and wood forest land for raw material guarantee for pulp production, and continues to extend the industrial chain, utilizing the alkali recovery system of the pulp production line for power generation, which solves more than 50% of the company's electricity needs. Just this one measure can reduce approximately 1 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually, highlighting the green and low-carbon circular economic characteristics of the wood pulp paper industry.

Guangxi Jianhui Pulp and Paper Production Line integrates the most advanced technology and equipment globally, with core key equipment coming from leading suppliers in the pulp and paper equipment, automation, and digital management system fields from Germany, Finland, Sweden, Austria, and the United States. It has created an automated and intelligent equipment system and technological system, becoming a pioneer in the application of smart factory and intelligent manufacturing innovative technologies in China's papermaking industry.

Relying on advanced equipment and intelligent manufacturing capabilities, Guangxi Jianhui has made the substitution of imported paper a strategic direction for the market and products, comprehensively improving the product grade and added value. The two paper production lines that have been put into production can produce high-quality kraft paper to substitute for imported paper, and the extensible paper production line currently under construction will mainly produce high-grade paper bags for substitution of imported paper.

Since the construction of Guangxi Jianhui was launched in 2023, leaders and relevant departments at the autonomous region, Wuzhou City, and Teng County levels have fully supported the project, ensuring its rapid and smooth progress and setting a new benchmark for the quality and speed of new project construction in Jianhui Paper Industry.

On April 30th, Guangxi Jianhui Paper Industry Co., Ltd. and VALMET held a grand signing ceremony for the largest extensibility paper machine in Asia.
On May 16th, Guangxi Jianhui Paper Industry Co., Ltd. officially passed the ISO9001 Quality Management System certification and was awarded the authoritative certification certificate!
On June 3rd, the 2000tds/d alkali furnace hydraulic test of Guangxi Jianhui Paper Industry was successfully completed in one attempt.
On September 2nd, Guangxi Jianhui Paper Industry Co., Ltd. officially signed an intelligent three-dimensional warehouse cooperation agreement with Zhongqing Changtai (Changsha) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.
On October 16th, the first batch of wood chips for Guangxi Jianhui Paper Industry smoothly entered the factory, and the entire industrial chain operations were accelerated.
November 17th, the 2000tds/D alkali recovery boiler of Guangxi Jianhui Paper Industry successfully ignited!
On December 17th, Guangxi Jianhui Paper Industry held the completion and production ceremony for the wood pulp paper integration project (chemical pulp) and the commissioning ceremony for the 220 kV transmission and transformation project of the Supplementary thermal power generation project.

2024
On October 18th, the first batch of waste paper raw materials for Guangxi Jianhui Paper Industry was smoothly delivered to the factory.
On December 22nd, the PM6 production line of Guangxi Jianhui Paper Industry Co., Ltd. started up smoothly and began production auspiciously.
On December 24th, the 80WM steam turbine unit of Guangxi Jianhui Thermal Power Plant successfully connected to the power grid for the first time.
On December 25th, the PM5 production line of Guangxi Jianhui Paper Industry Co., Ltd. was successfully started up and began to produce paper.
On December 27th, Guangxi Jianhui Paper Industry Co., Ltd. dispatched the first batch of high-quality paper.

On August 13th, the office building of the Guangxi Jianhui Paper Industry's integrated wood pulp paper project was topped off.
On October 12th, the papermaking joint workshop of Guangxi Jianhui Paper Industry Co., Ltd. officially commenced construction.
On December 16th, the boiler installation of Guangxi Wuzhou Jianhui Thermal Power Co., Ltd. was launched with an opening ceremony.

On June 30th, the signing ceremony for the integrated wood pulp and paper project of Guangxi Jianhui Paper Industry Co., Ltd. and the thermal power cogeneration project of the Tengxian New Material Industrial Park of Guangxi Wuzhou Jianhui Thermal Power Co., Ltd. was held.
On November 16th, Guangxi Jianhui Paper Industry Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony, marking the formal launch of the project and the entry into the substantial construction phase.

On September 24th, Dongguan Jianhui Paper Industry Co., Ltd. signed a cooperative agreement for the total investment of 13 billion yuan in the Jianhui Paper Industry (Guangxi) integrated wood pulp paper project with the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. (Signing location: Shenzhen)
On October 23rd, Jianhui Paper Industry and the Teng County Government of Wuzhou, Guangxi signed the cooperative agreement for the "Jianhui Paper Industry (Guangxi) Forest-Pulp-Paper Integration Project."
November 27th, Guangxi Jianhui Paper Industry Co., Ltd. was established.
On December 1st, Guangxi Wuzhou Jianhui Thermal Power Co., Ltd. was established.
