The Guangxi Jianhui Paper Industry's wood pulp paper integrated project began construction in October 2023. The project is planned to cover over 3,500 acres, with a planned pulp production capacity of 3.672 million tons, including 1.224 million tons of pulp production capacity and 2.448 million tons of paper production capacity. It can produce high-end products such as chemical pulp, bleached chemical pulp, high-quality kraft paper, boxboard, corrugated paper, food packaging paper, carry bag paper, and cultural paper. Two packaging paper production lines have been put into production in 2024, and a 306,000 tons per year pulp production line and a paper bag paper production line with world-class level are currently under construction. Supporting facilities include a 290MW combined heat and power project, a national-level R&D center, a self-owned wharf, a wastewater treatment station, a solid waste treatment station, a raw material storage yard, an intelligent three-dimensional warehouse, and office and living facilities.

The Thai base is an important part of Jianhui's internationalization strategy and raw material structure adjustment, construction began in 2020, and currently has an annual production capacity of over 400,000 tons of recycled pulp, all of which is supplied to the domestic market, serving as a crucial guarantee for the green circular economy industrial chain of Jianhui Paper Industry.
